Reference sheet for account, payment, bonus and identity-check rules.

1. Eligibility

Eligibility: age 18+ (or the higher legal age where you live). Checking that online gambling is lawful in your location is the player's task.

2. Operator and licence

Entity and law: MAIREKE LIMITADA (Costa Rica) operates Lucky Boom Casino; the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority licenses it; terms are governed by the law of the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.

3. Your account

Account rule: one holder, one account. Details must be accurate; the account name must equal the payment-method name; credentials stay confidential.

• Duplicate handling: shared name, device or payment method can lead to closure with no notice.
• Formal requests (self-exclusion, closure) are valid only when sent from the registered email.

4. Deposits

Deposit rules: source must be an instrument in the holder's name. Floor: €20 (€40 on the fifth welcome-bonus deposit).

• Card throughput: ≤10 transactions/day, ≤40/month; ≤€10,000/day and ≤€15,000/month per card.
• Ledger rule: fiat and crypto balances are separate and non-combinable.

5. Withdrawals and verification

Withdrawal gate: complete KYC (government photo ID, selfie with the document, bank statement or utility bill ≤3 months old, matching names). AML condition: deposited funds wagered ≥3× first.

• Minimum withdrawal: €40; review within 2 business days.
• Win limits (non-jackpot): €20,000/week, €50,000/month. Jackpot wins: uncapped.
• Instalment rule: payouts above a method's per-transaction ceiling may be split.
• Cancellation: a pending withdrawal can be reversed before completion; funds return to the play balance.

6. Bonuses

Activation rule: every bonus must be enabled in the profile before the qualifying deposit; retroactive application is not possible. Concurrency: one active bonus.

• Wagering factors: welcome package ×40; first live bonus ×15.
• Stake limit under wagering: €5 per spin/round; €1 on the first-deposit bonus.
• Weights: slots 100%, live casino 10%, table games and video poker 0%.
• Win ceilings: €10,000 over all bonuses; cash-out after wagering ≤ 10× the starting bonus.
• Conflict rule: withdrawal during an active bonus cancels the bonus and its related balance.

7. Dormant accounts

Dormancy: six consecutive months without activity triggers a €10 monthly charge while a positive balance remains.

8. Responsible gambling

Intent: gambling is meant as entertainment; self-exclusion, cooling-off and further tools are documented on the Responsible Gambling page.

9. Changes to these terms

Change control: terms, bonus conditions and limits are subject to change; verify the current version before accepting any offer. On translation conflicts the English text prevails.
